This is one of the first systems the we ever integrated at MANmachine.  It is a PET bottle palletiser it was first installed in the Golden Circle factory in Brisbane Australia. 

Rate: 7200 bottles per hour
Robots: ABB IRB 6400R and 2400
PLC: Allen Bradley Micro Logix

This machine also had a Handle Applicator Added for handles on 3 Litre Juice Bottles.
